I received a quote for a new roof from Steel town RestorationI scheduled an appointment to sign a contract & asked owner to bring insurance information (the second time I asked for this information) Owner called me & said he could not be at my home at the appointed time because another job came up We rescheduled for days later in the early eveningOwner did not show up for the appointment I called minutes after he was due and left a message I called a second time, there was no answer I called the following morning and left another message asking why he did not come to the appointmentOwner did not have the courtesy to return my phone calls with any explanation
