Steel Town Magic Soccer Club

We paid the full year's registration fees upfront (we'll never do that again) before the first practice. Weeks before the first practice while conditioning for the upcoming season, our player suffered a medical condition and could not play soccer. We informed the director immediately and got no response. After multiple phone calls, letters, emails, and texts were completely ignored, we took STM to small claims court where we did win a judgment. STM, originally organized by a Catholic school, is now ignoring the judgment, ignoring letters from attorneys and walking away from any and all accountability and responsibility.
