I am rejecting this response because:Hello,I am rebutting Steel Lizard's claims that my truck's frame cannot handle the proper length rock slider. This is the first of two emails with the first having photos of properly fabricated and installed rock slidersI am attaching the photos to this emailThe next email will be the careless painting of the current rock sliders and the careless painting of my truckPlease review and open the complaint again. Hello,This is the second and final email in the seriesThis will show the improper and hastily installed rock sliders. Notice they are not painted on all sides and already have rust forming. Remember, these were just installed. Care was not even taken to remove the rust from the metal. Were they painted with rust underneath? I have more photos if needed
Regards,

First, to the length of the product they were custom made to the length of the vehicle the are not longer do the shape and placement of the frame meaning that if the were to be made longer they would not be supported properly they would also extend past the body of the truck to the bed which when
off-roading can flex causing the the rock slider to make contact with the body and possibly damageWe try to make them look good and functional Second the over spray can be any issue when painting on or around vehicles and in most cases is easy to removeAnd we would have been happy to help with the removal had he brought the vehicle back to us When welding to a vehicle the part can not be painted prior to instal or there is a risk of scratching the product and contaminating the weld making them weak and prone to cracking It is our policy that we will not pay for any work to be done by a third party without prior authorization, this policy is stated on the work order that was signed by the customerThe customer was happy with the product when he picked it up and and was even present for the last hour of the install and at no time made any comment other than his approval for the work
