Review: I ordered a jacket on December **, 2014. My credit card deducted the purchase on December **, 2014.

I never received my jacket. (It is now February 2015) I called and left two messages for someone to call me back, with no avail. (It was an answering machine)

I emailed them several times and no answer!

They totally ripped me off!

Review: I made a purchase from the website of "Steel Horse Road" on 2/**/2014....the item is "Callisto Heart Black/Pink Hooded Women's Leather Motorcycle Jacket Size Large" for $170.95, but with shipping the total came to $180.90. The company received the money on 2/**/14, and I haven't heard anything since the order confirmation email on 2/**/14...even after requesting updates and, finally, a refund of my money (since they won't respond).Desired Settlement: A refund...since there is no reason to believe they have and will send the jacket.
