Steel Garage Door

Review: I contact the Steel City Garage Door company out of the yellow pages because my garage door broke. Well, I had the company come and they told me it would be about $600.00 I said no at first then I said ok then I said no because I remember that I had warranty with some of my house repairs. Anyhow I told them stop. Well what I didn't know is that they took the box apart left it on the floor. I had the warranty people come in and they said what have they done. He said it wasn't necessary to take the box all apart anyhow because I told them no they charge me $167.00 but the other repair said nothing was done they cut wires that they shouldn't have cut and everything else. He had to put everything back together because they were telling me I needed all this stuff and I didn't. I called ###-###-#### told them I wasn't happy what they did because they were trying to get more money because it was a weekend and they have the nerves to offer senior citizen discount. Anyhow I know I should pay for $29.95 fee but the rest of it they didn't nothing but pull box apart and cut wire. I try finding address but they don't have one listed. Also they gave us a card with ###-###-#### but no address just steel city garage door and 24/7 emergency services on it. I think I should get the rest of the money backDesired Settlement: I just want them to refund me my so call labor service they didn't do anything.
