Steel City Jambs is the authorized service provider for maintance and warranty related issues for SEMCO(R) windows. I contacted and verified with Dave from SEMCO windows (***. I contacted Steel City Jambs and they remained nonresponsive in the past. I again phoned them which makes screens their calls and sends you to a voicemail prompt referring you to email them at *** However, they do not answer the email. I sent a message on 6 SEP and they still have failed to contact me. I also tried using their telephone number but no one picks up and after about 20 rings it sends you to a voice mailbox. Unfortunately that mailbox is also full and cannot receive any messages. Steel city is to honor my window warranty for numerous seal failures with water damage and they remain nonengaged and cannot provide the service/unresponsive.
