Steel City Collision

Review: I took my 2008 Pt cruiser to have right rear quarterpanel and rear main panel straightened and aligned. After a couple of days I was called to pick up. I went down to pick up car. I checked out right rear quarter and seen no change with alignment, not happy. The rear main panel was pulled and seemed OK even though frame rail ends were still crumpled. I went into office, Steve came out in office and I said what happened to quarter alignment. He said quarter had a channel running up inside of panel. If he couldn't straighten it. I shouldn't have been charged and been told can't straighten it out and try someone else. I ended up paying. After I got home I was wondering what I paid for. I called a few days later asking for a price adjustment. I was told He did what he was suppose to do and said not getting a penny back and accused me of being a person is just out to beat people out of money. That works both ways when businesses beat people out of money also. Steve said if I wasn't happy with work I should have asked for all the money back. He said good luck with that because your not getting anything out of me. I was trying to be reasonable by asking for a partial adjustment. He insalted me, I have never been talked to the way he did by anyone else before like that. Wow! Can't recommend anyone else to have any work done there. Very poor customer social skillsDesired Settlement: Still partial refund should be given and apology for talking to me like he did!
