I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I tried to resolve with rep explained that pay pal was on the line and I would file claim with Revdex.com Rep said he did not give a [redacted] and hung up I did not make any inapropiate comments to repCompany should follow through on advertised priceSome times when you bait & switch..you mess up Regards, [redacted] ***
We have multiple systems in place to prevent fraudulent orders from taking place on our websiteIn this case our processor is saying that the IP address of the device being used to make the order is in Phoenix Arizona and the shipping address is in Washington which caused a red flag in the processing of this order and would not allow us to complete this order and void the chargeWe offered the customer a chance to use another payment route to which they declinedI already emailed the customer myself apologizing for one of our staff members wording of the email that they sent to the customer saying that the credit score was when the score that [redacted] (company that we use to help prevent fraud orders) gave this order was only so the order was voidedIt was not the customers credit score

It was not the customers credit score.

Absolutely amazing. Very similar to [redacted], and I was able to find amazing deals. They offer coupons on a purchase over $50 and free shipping over $199. I also got a couple free gifts. I got great pulls, no weighing or searching of any kind. 10/10. If I could go over 10, I would. I am absolutely blown away. I would 100% recommend Steel City Collectables. Buy with confidence.

We did a bulk sale on our website and an internal error caused one of our sale items to be incorrectly listed. 2005-06 UD SPX Hockey Box was $164.95 on sale for $154.95 and 2005-06 UD SPX Hockey Hobby 14 box Case was $2249.95 on sale for $2099.95The error placed the box price $154.95 in the case field. We caught it when it happened but unfortunately the order was placed at the same time. We refunded the customer immediately and let him know of the error. The customer followed up with a threatening phone call to our employees. We have blocked this customer from trying to make future purchases because of these threats.
