I am rejecting this response because:Just to let you know, a lot of what was replied never happened, or is far from what happenedWe contracted for an ERECTED & complete building for approx 28kthis was to include an initial payment of 8.9k for plans, permits, and profit margin13k was for bldg materials 6.5k for the concrete pad & 3.5k for erectionI don’t have the exact figures with me at work but that’s basically how it was broken downThe materials went to 13.2k, the concrete was 13k & the bldg was never erected*** never came back to our home after he received the 8.9k deposit, the concrete was poured the same day as the bldg was dropped offMy son & I unloaded the bldg ourselves while concrete was pouredThe bldg mfg does not allow its drivers to unload their bldgsNO contractor was there on this crucial dayWhen made aware of the double the price of the concrete he told me he was taking responsibility to get our money back from HIS sub-contractor, not meWe agreed on an additional 3.5k to erect the bldg even though that put us 10k over the contract priceNo One ever showed up to erect, we had the money waiting, he then stopped taking our calls & that’s been thatThere’s no doors or windows in the bldg materials, no insulation, and no supports for a 2nd floor for this bldg., all in the contractThis has been a disaster & right now we’d just like to get it erectedWe HAVE learned to never trust anyone againI’m at a loss to see how this will ever get done.......In my occupation, people die if I walk away from my responsibilities.....Sincerely *** *** *** *** *** ***

If there were missing parts then heritage will replace themYou can call Heritage direct and it will be taken care ofI inventoried the building and everything was thereWhat parts are missing and please show me in the contract which items are not there which you say are missingAgain if indeed there are missing item they will replace them but again I took everything off the truck and everything was there and accounted for

The best way to settle this is I would ask mr. Swanson to make copies of all the checks that he has written  directly to steel building Manufacturing in regards to the purchase order that he signed please provide these copies directly to the Revdex.com and let them  calculate the funds that were paid directly to my company and anything over the allotted contract that was signed will be refunded this I guarantee and is all I can do I will let the Revdex.com make their own decision and I will abide by what they tell me once they have copies of the checks and have tallied up all the funds paid directly to my company Sincerely steel building Manufacturing

I was contracted to [redacted] for the building and he paid in full for what was delivered and is a complete 30-x 36  x 16 building. I only get paid to erect the building which we have not [redacted]e. He paid a sub that went out to the building in which they did pour the slab for the structure...

but did not ask me the cost before having the concrete sub perform the work and in turn over payed the sub $8,000 which did not go to my company ultimately was part of the cost to erect the structure. we will put up his building but we had erecting cost of $6,500 built into the contract cost and with him over paying the independent sub did not have at the time funds to pay us Steel Building MFG.  Again [redacted] has paid for what he received in full which is a COMPLETE 30 x 36 x 16 building and the materials that were delivered never looks like enough due to everything being packaged together. I assure you everything is there and we have electronic loading tags on all individual pieces and they were all delivered. Steel building will of course will erect the building for the agreed upon price when he has the $6,500 for us to complete the building. I at the time told [redacted] he needs to get a refund from the sub that did the work and was very upset that he had [redacted]e that and have never given his name to another customer to use. I at thi time do not know who he paid but again do know he over paid him by $8,000 and will testify in court to this horrific gouge in payments to my customer.Sincerely Steel Building MFG

The main office at Heritage Building Systems gave him the needed parts and was going to reimburse him he received everything that was on his contract and I was supposed to put the building up and he breached the contract and use somebody else I have not pursued the breach and have done nothing wrong...

regarding his contract this is the first time that I'm hearing that he wanted a wainscot at a certain size which he did receive  on his building and everything was engineered per the snow loads and codes of his building
