I knew it was starting bad when the nice young man said "can I interest you in" then I knew it was bad and I told him I just wanted the carpet cleanedHe said for more dollars it would be "deep cleaned" this pissed me off! I said no one mentioned different kinds of cleaningsI had a *** so I knew there was NO DEAL! I REALLY tried to give him a chance and just see how the "shampoo" went and now the carpet is dry and it looks like CRAP! Every single spot came right back up! He said it came out much better then he thought it would, REALLY? NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE! Im very disappointed and will be very cautious of repeating this kind of service and misleading sales tactics! The girl should have said (when I scheduled the cleaning) that there were many other options of cleaning which will cost more and I could have made a decision to cancel the *** or pay extra, not wait til the guy shows up and sells itThe carpets are less then years old and not in bad shape, there wer
