[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that Steamatic is doing what they said they would They have sent out a third partyto try and stretch the carpet This installer found that the carpet could not be stretched the amount that would be needed to correct the error We considered cutting a piece from one of the closets to replace the shortage, but the difference in the wear/fade and the visibility of seams made it not a good solution At that point we canceled the cleaning since Steamatic is makingarrangements to have the entire carpet replaced The whole staff have been very friendly and helpful through the entire experience Regards, [redacted]
