Steam Showers 4 Less

I LOVE THE SHOWER! We do have a wish list: We would have like instructions instead of youtube video. Also request a 2nd panel, no reply - it doesn't come with one so we aren't upset. But would like to hear back about the 2nd panel. I would have wished for more options, such as larger shelving and radio and other accessories.

In reviewing the account history we had offered this customer a partial refund of $[redacted] and a full replacement of parts last year however he didn't respond. We sent him all the parts he needed anyway as a courtesy gesture. He paid $[redacted] for the steam shower back in 2012 and is requesting a full...

refund plus the cost of his installation despite having used the shower for 5 years which really isn't a starting point. Honestly, we would give him his money back even after 5 years at this point just to make him happy but we cant reimburse for installation. We would request also as part of any settlement payment that Mr. [redacted] remove or revised his review on [redacted] to indicate this issue has been resolved.

Review: Their 7 year warranty is a pure fabrication and covers NOTHING. This product is worthless and stopped working within the first 24 months of me purchasing it.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the $2000 dollars for the defective product and $700 for labor to install the defective product.

Purchased a bathtub [redacted]) and steam shower from the company, on two separate occasions.

Tub shipped fast, no complaints, exactly as described. They did a great job communicating with me, answered all my questions and it was a flawless delivery.

The steam shower I purchased a couple months later and unfortunately it was damaged in transit by the shipping company. I noted this on the waybill, and it took no time for SteamShowers4less to have the warranty coverage processed and a replacement panel on-route. Their communication was flawless, they handled everything from their end, and in under 2 weeks I had my replacement parts delivered and carried right into my house.

I should add, I had them shipped across the border into Canada, even processing through customs was super easy with them, not even a week for each component to arrive. The only delay was in the replacement panel because the broker had some problems sorting through customs.

A++ service, [redacted] over there is awesome to deal with and I wish I needed more showers because these guys are fabulous.
