Dealership will refund $penalty incurred for early termination of loan

I totally agree with this customer, it seems we did not pay enough attention to her requests and we caused her to wait too long to complete the paperworkI will review again on Monday and work this out to either: A: refund the bank fee of $ orB: resign the paperwork without the fee
