CALLED BUSINESS AND ASKED THEM TO NEVER GO TO THE CONSUMER'S RESIDENCE AGAIN THE BUSINESS STATED THAT THEY WILL NOT APPROACH CONSUMER AGAIN CLOSE AS RESOLVED

I talked to this lady and explained to her that we do not offer refunds....because people will eat 1/or up to 1/of the meat and then call and what a refund where there is nothing wrong with this product....every now and then we get some steaks from a different distributor when we run out....We have different steak cases that we would be more than happy to replace.....When I explained to [redacted] that we don't give refunds....she hung up on me....I returned her call several times and got no return call....I finally was able to take her call and explained our policy to her....We would be more than happy to replace this product with a freshly delivered steak case....If she paid $then she received cases and stated nothing about the second case being an issueBart

The Mear was horribleI do not want it replaced I want a refund due to advertising, also known as LYING TO MAKE A SALE!
