Customer purchased a Dodge Stratus with 49,000 miles on it.  They paid $ 500 down with a verbal agreementThat they would be in when they got paid to pay another $ 300 for a down payment totaling $ 800 which they agreed to do.  All of our vehicles are bought as is, which it clearly states...

on all cars window and also in paperworkAs far as we knew that car was a great car with no problems.  She stated she had to fix the heater core and that she would only be able to give us $ 100 towards the money she owed for down payment that week, we told her no problem as soon as you have it to bring in.  Then end of January she noticed we had an Infinity on our lot and came in and wanted to trade her car for that one.  She said she had another $ 400 if we would trade her for the Infinity,  we told her no there was someone else interested in it.  We asked her if she was going to get caught up with the money she still owed us for the down payment.  She then got upset and left. There was no issue with the memorandum title, that we were aware of, it was sent by mail before the 45 days on her tags were up. Sincerely, Steadfast motorcars
