Review: I brought in some books and periodicals to be bound in May 2014 and paid a $1,000 deposit. The owner said to expect the work to be done by December 2014. It has not yet been done, and I have not received a reply to inquiries (by phone and email) when I can reasonably expect delivery.

This business has done excellent work for me in the past, and I would highly recommend their workmanship. However, their customer relations could stand improvement. I am aware that they had to relocate their business last year, which probably accounts for some of the delay. However, that does not excuse their failure to communicate with me.Desired Settlement: I would like them to tell me realistically when I can expect the work to be done. If for some reason they can't do it, or don't want to do it, they should say so and return my materials and deposit.
