We recommended 3 of our neighbors to get their trees done. Our neighbors paid cash for their services and Bill has promised he would be out to take care of what he said he would do in April. It is now June and he has not been out...all of us have reached out to him, but he will not return our calls. We are really disappointed with him at this time.
