Paid $4,200 for roofing repair work Which was never fixed or a refund was never given.He has been called several times. I made the mistake of payingHe was paid ($4200.00)for a two leaks on my roof.He was called several times and would send somebody that would stand around for 5 minutes and leave until we called again. On one trip over they used buckets of tar and made a huge mess. The roof still leaked. I finally called another company and they had to tear off everything Stayton did & repair it. They were professional, completed it in a day, charged $1,000 and no more leaks. Donald Stayton doesn't stand behind his work and will tell you anything to get your money. Once you pay him, he is done with you.I've talked to several that have used stayton and had the same problems. He has a bad reputation in our town.Desired SettlementSince we had to get someone else to fix the roof, the only thing he can do is give us a refund. We paid him $4,200 which I found out later was way too much.
