Staybridge Suites

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend. The first night there, we had to stay with NO WATER! Instead of making me aware of this issue at check-in, I found out once I put down my deposit & reached my room. However, I was able to get a refund for that night through the company that “manages” this hotel. I had to wait 14 days for it, and it ultimately didn’t show up in the mail until almost a month after my stay. Now the REAL problem is that after I stayed at this hotel, I was charged wrongfully and “on accident” for someone else’s room (totaling over 200$). I have called and called, left voicemails, called the property management company and still.. now a MONTH after my stay have not received a refund for the money that was wrongfully taken from me. When I did finally reach the manager at this establishment, he promised me that the refund was issued and that I’d be receiving it in my bank account within 2-5 business days. As I forestated, it has been much longer than that!! This has caused my account to be in the negative, and I’ve ultimately lost out on money that has been deposited into this account because I’m still waiting on the refund. The manager is however, conveniently ALWAYS unavailable, unreachable, or “on a conference call”.
