Review: I booked a stay with Stay123 which included a hotel stay, transportation to and from the airport along with storage of my car for 11 days. When I returned from my trip the hotel that my vehicle at, the hotel's phone number was no longer in service. I then called Stay123 and they tried the number too and received the same message. They then instructed me to take a cab, get a receipt and give it to the hotel manager when I picked up my car. The hotel manager refused to pay my $59.50 cab ride and Stay123 only credited my credit and ~$30. I have called several times and they refuse to pay me the whole cab fare amount in which I have a receipt. I feel I was not provided the service that I paid for and took a cab that they instructed me to take.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the whole cab fare.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I emailed the receipt as requested by the business on the day it was requested. They responded back with an additional question 6 days after the receipt was emailed to them. I answered their question promptly; however I have not heard back from them again. Complaint ID#[redacted] was closed out because Revdex.com had not received a response back from me. I called and asked to have it re-opened and have attached my response because I have had no further contact with the business; therefore issue has not been resolved.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,

Review: Made a reservation for a mutual client based on the website information. When the confirmation came back from Stay123.com the 'Free Parking' that was suppose to be for 30 days came back for only 14 and the Extra Day Rate that was suppose to be $5.00 per day came back as $9.00 per day. Have emailed Stay123.com with no reply whatsoever. I have a copy of the webpage I was booking from if needed.Desired Settlement: Want Stay123.com to honor the rate as advertised.

There are 2 issues to address:
Review: I had reserved 3 hotel rooms for May *, 2015 through this web site for the [redacted] at the Stadium in [redacted]. Due to the riots in [redacted] we decided staying there was not safe and I canceled this reservation on 4/**/2015. I had called several times inquiring about a refund of the $127.65 which was charged as a deposit to my [redacted] card. I was told on several occasion it was processed and I would have the refund in a few days. After not receiving it and many calls and emails to company I had to dispute the charge though my credit card. They are still not refunding my deposit. I called again last week and was told by [redacted] that it was processed and should be credited to my card, per [redacted] it has not posted and they have not responded to there request to resolve this issue. I do not think I should have to jump though hoops to get a refund for a deposit for a hotel room that was canceled days in advance. I filed a dispute with my [redacted] because every single person in out group got a refund but me and every time a called I kept getting told I would have it in a few days. I had to pay this charge in full and I am out this money.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit back, I should not have to wait this long. Every one else in my group was refunded over a month ago.

Our client cancelled her reservation with us, and was due a refund of her advance deposit. She subsequently disputed the charge with her issuing bank, and we did not contest the reversal, because the client was truly due the refund. The issuing bank has already issued a full credit for the charge. We no longer have access to the funds to reverse, because it has already been done by her credit card issuing bank.
Review: I made reservation [redacted] on 1/**/16 for a stay on 2/*/16. My bank was charged the $22.60 hold fee and my confirmation email stated the reservation was in the process of being completed and that I would receive a detailed email once complete with the hotel instructions.
As we still have not received any information on the stay (which is in one week), we had to make alternate plans. I have made no less that FIVE attempts to contact them regarding cancellation (two by "contact us" on their website, two by my personal email, and once by phone). I was advised when I called that it had been cancelled and that I was going to be charged $10. Online the reservation is still showing new and I still have not received my refund. I should also not be charged a $10 cancellation fee when we had to make alternate plans due to failure of 123.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $22.60 holding fee and cancellation of reservation [redacted].

Thank your for your inquiry. [redacted] reservation at Clarion Tampa was indeed fulfilled and confirmed by the hotel on [redacted] January, and then subsequently requested to be cancelled by [redacted]. There is a posted fee for cancellation of confirmed reservations of $10. The refund of $12.60 has already been issued, and should appear as a credit to the card statement within 1 business day.If any additional information is needed please let me know. Jodi C[redacted]

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I'm sorry, but I can't accept their response. They say the hotel confirmed the reservation on 1/**/16, which just happens to be the first date I asked for cancellation. They failed to send us a detailed confirmation of the reservation like their initial reservation email said they would. I continued to send four additional requests to them during the following week, to which the did not reply. The ONLY reason we had to cancel the reservation was due to their failure to update us on our reservation, given that it was so close to the trip date. We did not change our plans because we wanted to, and therefore should not be held to the $10.00 cancellation fee. Additonally, if stating the reservation was cancelled when we requested it (rather than when the Revdex.com contacted them), then the refund would already have shown up in the bank. And the reservation is STILL not showing as cancelled on the webiste, nor have I received the cancellation confirmation email. Ultimately, I'll eat the $10.00 fee if that's what it takes, but I need to see that the reservation is indeed canceled online and that I won't be charged anything by the hotel for a no-show before I can accept this resolution.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
Business

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I have attached a screenshot from 2/*/16 (the date is on the bottom right) showing that the reservation was still open as of that date. Today, 2/*/16, I did finally receive an email from Stay123 confirming the cancellation of reservation [redacted].
Sincerely,
Review: On April **, 2014 we made a reservation, thru STAY 123, to stay at the [redacted] - Staten Island on May *, 2015 with check out date of May **, 2015 and car pick up date of May **, 2015. Our May 2014 [redacted] bill showed a charge of $209.44 for a stay at the [redacted] on May */*, $185.96, and STAY 123 fee of 23.48. We have called seven times beginning on May **, 2014 up until this date to resolve this issue. We have been told that it would be resolved and we would receive an e-mail, "next week", "we need to check with the hotel", etc. We spoke with [redacted], and [redacted]. I called the [redacted] - Station Island this morning and they have no record of our reservation confirmation #[redacted], STAY 123 booking ID #[redacted]. All correspondence we received from STAY 123 from last year showed that reservation to be for May *, 2015. The STAY 123 employee [redacted] admitted on 5/**/2014 that her organization had made a mistake. She stated that we would not have to pay for our room in May 2015 and the reservation would be re-accomplished. As of March **, 2015, the issue has not been resolved.Desired Settlement: Reservation to be made with [redacted] - Staten Island showing that the room is paid for and STAY 123 fee has been paid. Confirmation of same to be made through e-mail as previously promised. Thank you.

Review: Was charged more than the original contract. Made hotel reservations for four rooms in Jan. 2013 , and paid the require amount for late arrival for Oct. [redacted],2013 in [redacted]. Upon my arrival the hotel had cancel my reservations. Stay123 did get other hotel for me. The problem is I was charged $23.88 per room more than my original contract. The confirmation that I received from Stay123 stated as follows: YOUR RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED AND GURARANTEED FOR LATE ARRIVAL. AN ADVANCE DEPOSIT(92.00) THIS IS FOR TWO ROOMS, AND (46.00),(46.00) WERE FOR THE OTHER ROOMS TO BE CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD, HAS BEEN CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION, THIS DEPOSIT IS ALREADY APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR TOTAL PRICE AND YOU WILL ONLY PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE OF $171.00 TAXES INCLUDED TO THE HOTEL AT CHECK-IN. THE OTHER TWO ROOMS WERE $86.00 EACH WITH TAXES INCLUDED. This was not the case. I check with the Hotel about the problem and they stated it was Stay123 problem since they sent the wrong amount to them. I am asking you to check into the situation, because I can't get a straight answer from Stay123. I was charged $107.83 per room instead of just $86.00 per room. I feel this was a misrepresentation of Stay123 and I would like a refund for the difference for all the rooms. Reservations were made Jan.[redacted],2013 theST# are as follows ([redacted]). Since I had to go to another hotel(InnPlace) in [redacted]. I feel that Stay123 should make their contract valid. The rooms were as I was told cheaper.$129.95 minus the deposit of $46.00 is $83.95. I paid $107.83 per room this is not acceptable. I feel that Stay123 should be held accountable for misrepresentation of the contract. I have since changed my account number, because when I made the first initial reservation someone went in my account. Please look into this, because I was not the only one this happen to on Oct. [redacted],2013. When this is resolved a refund by check only. They will never get my credit card number again. Thank YOU!!!Desired Settlement: this will be resolved... not happen to others.
