Stay Sweet Cupcakery

Review: I had Stay Sweet Cupcakery do cupcakes for my wedding celebration on September 21, 2014. They let me use their cupcake tier for $75.00, which I would get the $75.00 refunded to my credit card as soon as I returned the tier to their shop. Once I got my credit card statement in the middle of October I did not receive my $75.00 refund. I also noticed on my statement that I was charged $100.50 in addition to my final payment which I had paid months earlier. I called and e-mailed the shop about these two issues. They informed me that I should receive my $75.00 refund by October 29. They also informed me that the $100.50 they charged was for the delivery fee since the event was on a Sunday (when I was told the delivery fee would only be $50.00 when I booked their services). I have e-mailed the business several times since October 29 informing them that I have not received my refund and that I would like further explanation for the additional delivery fee, but I have not received a reply about these two issues.Desired Settlement: I want to receive my $75.00 refund for the cupcake tier that I was told I would get by October 29, I want a better explanation as to why I was charged $100.50 for a delivery fee when I was told it would only be $50.00, thus, I would like the additional $50.50 returned to me.
