Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals

We are a girl scout troop with very limited budget and funds We had to cancel due to extremely high airline prices and while I was fine (even though it was a big hit) with the $cancellation fee (even though this is months out and they really aren't losing more than the cost of maybe an hours worth of work) I was not okay with it taking a month to get our deposit back There was nothing in the contract about it taking that long to get your money back It was a very large financial hardship that they put us through and with the cancellation fee apparently we paid them to do it! Do not recommend using this company at all I have heard so many positive things about how Savannah treats Girl Scouts, this company is not on board with that at all

I rented a home from this companyThey failed to provide a safe and secure homeThe front steps of the home are painted and have no traction strips on themAs a result, I slipped and fell down the stairs of the house and incurred hospital billsI have reached out several times to them to request they cover my incurred costs after insurance and they have ignored me, after pointing to a clause in the rental lease that my lawyer confirms is not applicable in cases of negligence
