Company states: We have received Daniel's inquiriesWe have sent him a total of replacement couponsWe did acknowledge him and notified him that on our bag it says to stay and watch the popping because there are different types of microwaves out there and they may not heat in the same wayWe
have not heard back from the consumer since we have sent out the coupons
