According to the system and front desk agent [redacted] checked into Room # [redacted] at about 8:30pm on [redacted] July, 2015. After almost 2 hours they came down to the front desk asking for a refund. Front Desk Agent [redacted] offered them go up to their room to clean it for them but they declined the service then he offered to move to several different rooms but they denied that as well. However they never checked out of the room rather they kept the same room. The next morning the according to the Housekeeping report the guest had used the room. So, in this case we are unable to provide them with any refund. However, if they decide to stay with us again we can give them a 25% corporate discount. Those are indeed the last 4 digits of my card however I've combed over my bank statement for the month of May and that amount was not credited back to me. In fact there are only 2 credits for that month so it was easy to determine. Once I saw the same receipt you mentioned I closed the case because I assumed in good earnest it would be honored.
