I am rejecting this response because:What Farmers is saying is simply not true. We have supplied them with our son's straight A report card-not only once-but twice. We are set up on monthly auto billing, and multiple times this year they have drafted four times the amount they were supposed to, and then turned around and refunded it with an apology that they accidentally double dipped from the homeowners policy which is being paid for with our mortgage payments.

The payments that have been drafted are not related to the homeowners policy it is strictly to do with the auto policy, the homeowners is on a separate billing account and is not related to the EFT payments,  I have let them know this.  We have received the documentation for one good student discount but the discount was applied to two other household members and the documentation was never received for those two.  As stated before we are able to stop drafts if notified by the insured and there is a bill sent out in advance to notify the insured of what will be drafted.  These statements are sent out 3 weeks before the payment drafts.

We understand that this is frustrating, it is important to supply proper documentation as well as being aware of bill due dates. The homeowner's premium is not being pulled from this billing account, this issue is strictly with the auto billing.  There are also discounts that have fallen...

off due to documentation not being provided.  We apologized to the client because we try to be friendly and client focused agency.  We do have the ability to stop drafts before they are pulled from the customers account if we are notified by the customer to do so.
