Review: We wrote a check for title and notary services of $190.00. My husband did get his paycheck on time. The check went thru once as NSF. On Dec 2nd Mr [redacted] called my husband threatening him. My husband paid using our debit card a total of $210.00 ($190 for the check and $20 for nsf per Mr [redacted]. That same day the check also went tbrough and for over a week Mr [redacted] has possession of $450 of our money, After numerous calls Mr [redacted] returned $175 to us stating that he wouldnt give us anymore because he lost interest on his account. In PA the max charge for an Nsf check is $50. Mr [redacted] agreed we owed him $190 + $20 over the phone to my husband. I feel he still owes us money from the check. He charged us $190 + $50=$240 but in the phone call agreed to $190 + $20. He cannot charge for interest he supposedly lost. He can only charge an NSF fee which when he spoke to my husband he said just give him $20 to cover the check.Mr [redacted] still owes me $65.00Desired Settlement: Mr [redacted] still owes us $65.00 which I want refunded
