I ordered a pair of headphones from this companyOnce I received them I decided to return themBased on the company's day guarantee policy this wasn't a problemI emailed them right away (August *) (no phone number is available) and received a response from them the same day with the return shipping form.I packed up the headphones and put them in the mailThe refund/reference number is [redacted]   To date (8/**) I have not received my refundI have reached out to the company multiple times (via email since there is no phone # available)I have not heard back from anyone I tracked the package and it was delivered to the company on August *

I ordered some headphones (CB-1) from their website and they never came to my address I sent several emails demanding an explanation As of the writing of this complaint, I only received email from the company giving me a bogus tracking number saying my order is being shipped to Hawaii I don't live in Hawaii and I did not give them an address in Hawaii
