Station View Cleaners

Review: This is an over-charge complaint against a drycleaner. My wife and I have been using Station View Cleaners in Mt. Kisco since approx. spring 2013. In October 2013, the drycleaner charged me $7.50 to launder a men's 100% cotton, casual flannel shirt. I complianed to the owner (the wife) and told here these shirts should be laundered as any other cotton shirt, for which it charged only $2.50. She tried to convince me that the charge was proper, but when I showed how ridiculous it would be to charge $7.50 for a flannel shirt and $2.50 for a dress shirt, she agreed to charge the same as a dress cotton shirt - $2.50. Over the next couple of months, sometimes flannel shirts would come back with the ticket torn off the bag so I couldn't tell what they were charging. I asked the owner not to do that, and she complied. On January **, 2013, laundry was delivered including 3 flannel shirts at a charge of $7.50 each. I complained again and told her if she didn't stop over-charging us for these shirts and issue us the appropriate credit we would find another cleaner. She hung up on me. She called back and told my wife that since we weren't happy we should take our business elsewhere. We have not received a refund. This cleaner is price gouging and using deceptive practices.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $15.00 for the overcharges of January ** (3 X $5), and I want toe cleaner to go back over its billing since October 2013 to see how many times it did this and refund $5.oo for each ocassion. I also want an apology.
