I James T [redacted] Owner of Turley Truck ServiceOn 11-22-we got a call from the owner of the Honda .Want to know what the chagers wereWe to the owner $They were not happyOn 11-18-we were called by [redacted] Twp Police Department about 5:pmThe car had hit a deerCar was not driveableThe driver of the car did ask us to take it to there garage and drop it off in ther lot the garage was closed and we said we would do that but we needed tow bili paidOwner of the car said we can bill his insurance company, He was explain we do not bill out insurance companySo we returned the car to our shop and owner was told call your insurance company and let them know were it isOn 11-22-Owner of car call shop wanted to know what the bill was an he was told $So we explain the brake down $Police emergency call out, we towed miles at $loaded mile =$20.00,days of storge at $a day =$250.00, and $labor clean up.When pullin the car on to the flat bed deck deck was wet wit dawn dish liquid so car would slid on easy the car was a front wheel drive carThe owner said there was no clean up and he was told as so as talk to the midnite drive if there was no clean up we would remove chargesSo I did speak to the midnite drive and he said there was no clean up charges were movedWe also told the owner of the car turn it into your insurance company and they would handle everything the car had full coverage insurance and the owner stated that his insurance guy told him it would be after Thanksgiving before he would be outSo they were sending there on tow driver to pick up carAnd he was told that the tow drive would have to pay bill in cashThe owner to the car insurance guy did show upHe was from nation wide they were going to handle the bill and while he was herethe owner to the car insurance was here the tow truck driver showed up to pick up the car I tried to explain to him the the insurance guy was here for the car and there driver said I dont care I paying the bill and taken the carI call there insurance guy in told him what was going on nation wide guy ask him were it was going and told him he could pay the bill and take the car and have them turn all bill in the the insurance company for reimbursement .And there driver only paid $AS of one of my I dont not take check or credit cards due to stop payments so I require cash onlyTo many problem in the past with stop payment.Thank YouJames T [redacted] 11-28-2016Turley Truck Service [redacted] ***
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below For one the car that is in question is not a Honda as mentioned by MrT [redacted] in his rebutal it is a Hyundai Sonata His receipt as shown did deduct $in which he should have never attempted to charge to begin with For two if you look at the dates on the receipt it is a little hard for him to be charging storage for a day on 11/when we where not even in an accident until 11/and he should have documentation of that So he owes us money in return for not having the correct date on the receipt and charging too much to begin with His driver did not put dish soap on the truck as he mentioned in his statement as a matter of fact I think that it is not professional that my husband actually had to help the driver steer the car on to the flat bed of the truck because he did not want to get in the car and operate the truck at the same times as he was trying to drag the car onto the truck in park Also it is a little hard to charge storage fees when a business will not let you pick your car up and has calls fowarded to a tow truck driver who refuses to let you pick a car up and never disclosed a storage fee to begin with He had no idea of pricing when askedAll storage fees should be reinbursed as never disclosed to the consumer We were forced into using this person and forced to take our car there to begin withTo be charged incorrect dates for service is a little nuts and is fraud We were driving the car on the 19th of November so how in the world can you be charging for 11/and 11/ Just goes to show that this person is ripping people off We are wanting all storage fees at minum in return for being misstreated when trying to talk to Turley and his so called office manager who tried to intimidate the other tow truck driver who was just there to do his job Honestly he allready owes me back money no matter if he is disputing the so called storage fees his receipt is proof of that How can I be in a car with my husband driving the car when he is charging me money for it sitting at his business makes no sense and I pointed that out to him on the phone as my husband also did in a different conversation but so much for the customer being right I have the police report with the proper date on it and so should he Regards, [redacted] ***
BBBI have refunded one day of storage to [redacted] .And checking with [redacted] twp our driver did put wrong date. Our storage starts from the day we tow car. And as for there tow driver was very nasty to the office manger to the point she was very uncomfortable with his arguing she had to go in the shop and bring one of the guys in the office. And her tow driver is a friend of theres and he stated he has knew the family for years and they are very hard to deal with .and he was just tring to get a unstanding of ail of this because they were close friends. They will be getting all there money refunded by [redacted] . Our tow truck drivers did tell drive owner of the car and also gave driver shop card of where the car was going so he could tell [redacted] . Tow Driver did tell him the charges and also told him that [redacted] was take care of them charges .Our tow driver was our third shift driver and the office marked by mistake on the clean up charge and charges were removed before there tow driver even picked it up.! do apolpgize for our mistake that have been made. I have refunded there day storage.Thanks James T***

We have not been refunded any money for storage the $that was refuned was for a clean up fee that should have never been charged to begin with as there was no clean up done He has charged for incorrect day's of storage starting with the 18th and charging thru the day that it was picked up In his claim back to you he stated that he has refunded storage he had not The incorrect dates are in his writing and the insurance company has not paid any money either As far as the company that removed my husbands car from this persons so called business He was not smart with the person that is the so called office manager kind of hard to be an office manager when there is only one person there She was out of control with the driver to the point that the employees from the back that was present told her to calm down and that he was right and didn't want any trouble he had the money and was paying to get the car out of there and I or my husband could deal with anything else Leave him out of it he had and has nothing to do with it There is money owed back to us and we are due it

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Once a fraud always a fraud this business still owes money back to us for undisclosed fees and not knowing how to bill to begin with Not sure what type of business does not make sure a bill is correct before charging a customer
