I received the wrong product and the product I ordered never came. I received a package Label # [redacted] and the shirt in the package was not my order. My order which I paid with my [redacted] $63.50 order #[redacted] was for two shirts the the [redacted] "[redacted]" T-Shirt & the The [redacted] "[redacted]" T-Shirt.Desired SettlementI want a refund of the $63.50 to my checking account
I submitted an order to this company back on March 20, 2014, and my credit card was charged for the merchandise. I have yet to receive my order. There is not a turn-around time listed on their website for when you will receive your merchandise. I have sent numerous emails to this company about the where-abouts and status of my order. Many of my communications to them have been ignored. The few times that they have responded back to me, they sent me a USPS.com email with tracking information, but package is unable to be tracked, so I called USPS myself, they explained an electric shipment was made but they have not received any package yet. So basically my package has not been mailed yet. I emailed them again this past Friday, April 11, 2014 and still no response on trying to find out the status of my order AGAIN. All I wanted was this merchandise before my child's birthday, WHICH HAS ALREADY PASSED, and all we have gotten is just the run around, money taken and no merchandise. This company is extremely unprofessional and is not interested in providing a product that you PAID for. They are only interested in taking your money. I have been more than patient... I have been trying to get this resolved for almost 30 days, and this issue still has not been resolved.Product_Or_Service: StaticFresh "S" T-shirt in White size LaOrder_Number: #[redacted]-XXXXXXDesired SettlementI would like my issue settled ASAP. I've been patient enough. I would like my credit card refunded for the amount I paid or I want the shirt I origianlly ordered. If StaticFresh is unable to provide me my merchandise then I would like a refund. More info received from the consumer 2014-04-16My issue with company has been handled and I will receive shirt today, usps tracking info confirms this. I would like this claim to be closed and filed has completed. If you are able, send notification to StaticFresh Clothing that the issue has been handled and no need for further action.
