Not hearing anything from the store for days I called and was told that they can't fix it but that they will send my watch to Citizen free of charge for a repair which may take few weeksSeveral weeks passed and I have not heard anything from the storeI kept calling just to be told that that someone will contact me once my watch is back to the storeEventually I lost my patience and called the store again 01/06/An em
