Review: This company claimed to have a program for short sales with Chase. Myself and another colleague believed that this was a real opportunity. So we discussed moving forward with the process for this opportunity. I ended up writing a check with a large amount of money, and my money was never returned. The person who which I made the check payable to wrote back to me via text message a couple of times giving excuses time after time postponing all the time that he could. Check was made on 11/16/2012 and it is now well over more than a year and a half ago, and still till this day have not received any of my money back.Desired Settlement: Would like for him to not scam any other person, and my money returned. There is a website for this so called "services" that he provides. I would like any action necessary to be taken with this man and his team.
