Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I reject this response because if Staten Island urological truly did as they claim with insurance, they should have directed me to the appropriate doctor when I gave them my insurance card before seeing any doctor This is totally unacceptable They state that I should contact emblem health regarding this I have and unfortunately businesses do this unfair practice so much that there is a form to fill out regarding doctors that claim to not cover *** I filled this form out and emblem health was not able to resolve the matter with Staten Island urological Emblem health then directed me to file a complaint with the Revdex.com Once again I would never have seen drA [redacted] had I known he wasn't in network I told the receptionist I had [redacted] over the phone and gave her my [redacted] insurance card upon entering the office Someone should have told me drA [redacted] was not in network for [redacted] at that time In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
