DrM*** as well as our entire staff were very surprised to hear about *** ***'s dissatisfactionShe was very happy after her first visit with DrM*** and was referred back to our associate dentist as she had seen and been treated by him on other occasions prior to her emergency visit
with DrM***She never expressed any concerns or dissatisfaction with our associate doctor or her treatment and actually returned for a second visit to be treated by himAll of our staff pride ourselves on being perceptive to patient's needs and well being*** *** never made it known to any of us that she was even displeased with the treatment she was receiving or we would have returned her to DrM***'s scheduleWe would be happy to complete any treatment with DrM*** seeing her exclusively if that would satisfy her concerns if not, an appropriate refund for treatment not completed will gladly be given
