Attached are two emailsThe first email describes a policy where parking with blinkers is alight, without any mention of parking being restricted to certain daysThe second emails describes a policy that admits to exceptions being made for students moving in (and there are also exceptions for students moving out, not described in the email)From these two emails, I hope you see there is no consistent message to students/alumni about parking and that you can see exceptions are clearly made for move-in/move-out, so discriminating against summer students while allowing it for fall/spring students is both confusing and wrong I don't have a copy of the ticket anymore to give you

Parking Management Inbox on Sunday, 6/26/at 11:25PM and was entered into our system on Monday, 6/27/at 1:10PM The decision was entered by the appeals board on Tuesday 6/28/at 10:36am and the appeal letter decision was mailed via US Mail to the permanent address of Fox Hollow Rd Schenectady NY on Wed, 6/29/‘Page listings’ would be listed on the appeal letter decision therefore if you never received the letter in the mail then you wouldn’t have received these because it’s on the same letter Yes, we work with University Police and Residence Life around very busy move-in/move-out timeframes when we have thousands of students and parents on campus to facilitate movement however the day in which the citation occurred was not one of those timeframesThe appellant also has the option of a second in-person appeal if you so choose by calling ***
