If you are looking for an extremely knowledgeable and honest shop to work on your transmission. This is the place. [redacted] figured out the issue which was an easy fix. He could have charged me a lot of money to do repairs that didn't need done on my Eplorer that is well known to have bad transmissions. Great business ethics!
