I've been at Elmwood Place [redacted] for almost yearsThis place is ran by the single worst property management company I have ever encounteredThe manager is a completely inept, incompetent leasing agent with absolutely no skill with regards to properly maintaining a propertygood for nothing but getting people to sign a leaseDilapidated, full of bed bugs, roaches and foundation issuesThe only thing that the manager has managed to accomplish is causing further damage and harm to the buildingThe painters completely botched the paint job and destroyed the landscapingThe landscapers further destroyed the remaining trees, foliage and left a messThe crews hired to repair the parking lot only caused further damage to itProvided maintenance is pathetic and most of their work could be better completed with toothpaste and duct-tapeWhen you specifically ask that the typical maintenance man *NOT! [redacted] do the work; they still send his incompetent self to screw up the jobThat being said; they now want to charge $per month for on-site parking (probably because the manager wasted sooooo much money allowing cut-rate, BS crews to screw up the parking lot) and they want to raise rent- FOR WHAT!? The property is in worse condition and in greater disrepair than when I moved in back in early These efficiency units aren't worth $a month, much less what I'm currently payingThe location is great, yeah - but that's the only thing going for itWant to rent from a completely laughable, incompetent company that couldn't care much less for their tenants and properties?A "Slum Lord"??? This place is ran by the single worst property management company I have ever encountered. The manager is a completely inept, incompetent leasing agent with absolutely no skill with regards to properly maintaining a property... good for nothing but getting people to sign a lease.
Dilapidated, full of bed bugs, roaches and foundation issues... The only thing that the manager has managed to accomplish is causing further damage and harm to the building.
The painters completely botched the paint job and destroyed the landscaping.
The landscapers further destroyed the remaining trees, foliage and left a mess.
The crews hired to repair the parking lot only caused further damage to it.

That being said; they now want to charge $40 per month for on-site parking (probably because the manager wasted sooooo much money allowing cut-rate, BS crews to screw up the parking lot) and they want to raise rent... - FOR WHAT!? These efficiency units aren't worth $500 a month, much less what I'm currently paying. The location is great, yeah - but that's the only thing going for it...
