Thank you for your letter dated 7/13/As you stated there are sides to all stories. This customer Is very aggressive and vindictiveI researched this persons yelp reviews and 8% are negative. This customer made a call to my home office to complain and I was vindicated on all points. My agency does not make the rules that govern the contractsWhen we write a policy we write for a year notexpecting one to cancel their policy short term. Most of what I have to say Is ''I welcome the bad as well as the good reviews as learning experiencesThis Is my firstexperience In almost years of selling Insurance with a totally negative review".I provide money to widows and orphans, I rebuild homes after fires, I provide legal defense afterauto accidents, I provide peace of mind to families worried about their futures, and I do all this forpennies on the dollar.ASK ME HOW? There is no response to acceptMr [redacted] misrepresented the policy he sold me and refuses to acknowledge that he doesn't even know the terms of the legal contracts he sellsI only write negative reviews when I feel customer service is terrible (which standard of customer service)A dissatisfied customer will tell a proportionately larger number of people about their experience than a satisfied customerI think warning the public about a bad experience is helpful to other consumersVindictive is definitely an exaggeration
