Review: I AM OPENING NEW RESTAURANT LOCATED AT [redacted]. I HAVE TWO RETRACTABLE AWNINGS THAT NEEDED FABRIC CHANGE. I SAW A COMMERCIAL TRUCK DOWN THE STREET WITH THE ADVERTISEMENT SIGNS THAT THEY SOLD AWNINGS AND SIGNS. I CONTACTED THEM IMMEDIATELY AND ASKED FOR THE ESTIMATE. [redacted] MAN CAME TO THE SITE AND TOOK A MEASUREMENTS TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE SAID THAT HIS JOB WOULD BE $2000.00. HE ASKED FOR A 50% OF THAT AMOUNT AS A DEPOSIT AND RECEIVED A CHECK FROM ME. ABOUT TWO WEEKS LATER NEW FABRIC ARRIVED AND 2 WORKES TO INSTALL IN ON THE RETRACTABLE AWNING. THAT [redacted] GUY ALSO CAME TO COLLECT REMAINING BALANCE. SINCE I FORGOT MY CHECKBOOK HOME I GAVE HIM REMAINING BALANCE IN CASH AND HE LEFT WITHOUT GIVING ME A RECEIPT SAYING HE WOULD BRING IT RIGHT IN FROM HIS CAR. MY EXISTING AWNING WAS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE. IT WAS OPENING AND CLOSING JUST FINE. WHEN THEY FINISHED INSTALLATION MY AWNING STOPPED OPENING AND OR CLOSING ALL THE WAY. I WAS VERY CONCERNED BECAUSE IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE UNIT AND ALSO PART OF MY BUSINESS TO PROVIDE COVERAGE OF MY PREMISSES. I CALLED THAT PERSON WHO TOOK AN ORDER AND RECEIVED THE PAYMENT FORM ME. HE IS VERY DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH DUE TO HIS POOR LANGUAGE SKILLS. SINCE I WASN'T ABLE TO EXPLAIN WHAT I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT I ASKED HIM TO COME BACK TO SEE PHYSICAL DAMAGE. HE CAME BACK, ALL MY PARTNERS AND WERE THERE, HE SOUNDED LIKE HE WANS'T GOING TO TRY TO FIX THIS DAMAGE, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM IT WAS WORKING BEFORE HIS JOB. HE GOT UPSET AND LEFT. I KEPT CALLING HIS OFFICE TO EXPLAIN THAT IT WAS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE AND OT DAMAGE OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY, BUT THEY DO NOT SEEM BE WILLING TO RESLVE THIS ISSUE. I CALLED SEVERAL PLACES WHO CAN FIX THIS DAMAGE, BUT THEY ARE ASKING LOT OF MONEY, WHICH I CAN NOT EFFORD AND I DON'T THINK I SHOULD BE PAYING FOR IT.

I GOT AN ADVISE FROM MY FRIEND TO CONTACT Revdex.com TO GET HELP. I THATNK YOU VERY MUCH FOR OFFERING THIS KIND OF HELP.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX WHAT THEY BROKE AND ALSO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT FOR MY RECORDS. I HAVE A RECEIPT FOR THE INITIAL DEPOSIT AMOUNT THAT I PAID WITH CKECK. AND THEY FAILED TO GIVE ME THE RECEIPT FOR THEY CASH RECEIVED FOR UNKNOW PURPOSES. I HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS INSTALLED THTA HAS RECORDED THE PROCESS OF INSTALLATION THAT THEY DID, AS WELL AS CASH RECEIVED.
