Do you understand I was out of warranty by five days and miles but I don't feel $off $transmission was a sufficient enough attempt customer at customer satisfaction The converter just didn't let go that day, it takes a while for the converter to breakdown The whole approach to fixing versus when I originally called for the original transmission was handled entirely differentWhen I first called you were quick to arrange the tow, but when you found out that it was a warranty issue, it was my problem to get it to you I feel your lack of care about the problem as well as a pathetic $discount was poor I will take every opportunity to let people know your business practice
