I returned battery to OPT and asked to make refund

I complied with their procedure Exactly as they specified, after testing the scope and noting additional defects, I attempted email and phone contact with OPT to negotiate the disposition of the scope OPT ignored me for days When I finally made contact, OPT refused any assistance at all
