I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The technician that came to my house in March did not fix the problem of the dryer not drying properly, he simply told me to use a different drying cycle which makes no sense.  Samsung asked for you to service me since it was within the 90days when I called and you refused due to your "30 day warranty".  I had an appointment scheduled for April [redacted] which was still in my 90 day warranty and you cancelled it on your own without informing me at all.  I stayed home all day waiting and even left you a voicemail inquiring about the situation (which you never had the courtesy of contacting me back).  Your business is so unprofessional, it's not my fault you didn't fix it the first time and not my fault that you cancelled out on me without my consent or knowledge within the 90 days.  The second technician came out here and literally opened the dryer turned it on and told me to use a different cycle.  Clearly the dryer was not 100% fixed after the first time and you guys have done nothing to try to help me but charge me $375 for a problem that was never fixed.  It's  not right!
