On 9/12/16 I put in a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding repair issues that were not taking care of by State Line Auto Brokers. I spent $467.78 on repairs and State Line Auto Brokers and I came to an agreement that they would pay for half of the repairs. We got a second notice in the mail but not a first notice that our check was at the post office. By the time I could get there the check had been returned to the sender. We contacted State Line Auto Brokers to ask if they could resend it through regular mail not certified. They said that they would send it right out. It's been over a month and we still have not received the money that was agreed upon. I feel like at this point they are just playing games. Furthermore after constant issues with the vehicle I tried to trade it in but was not offered nearly what I should have gotten for the vehicle because I was Informed by the dealer who pulled up the car fax at Boch Toyota in North Attleboro that the vehicle was in an accident in 2014. The dealer at State Line Auto Brokers outright lied to me when reading the car fax by saying the car was never in an accident. I never would have purchased the vehicle knowing that it had been in an accident. Unfortunately I am still stuck with this vehicle. I would like half of the $467.78 that was originally agreed upon that I never received. I would also like my $7000 back in return of the vehicle. If State Line Auto Brokers don't comply I will consult a lawyer for dealer fraud. My name is not [redacted] it is [redacted] as stated in the complaint and should be in the paperwork for the car purchase. I cannot deposit that check. Also I had called and asked previously for it to be sent regular post because the mail room is not in our building so we would never be able to sign for it and my working hours make it difficult to get to the post office. Also you do not address the fact that you never disclosed that the vehicle we purchased was in an accident. Both my husband and I were there when you pulled the Carfax and it is obvious you left out the page that had stated that plus you never handed the carfax to us to keep. It is illegal to not disclose an accident and we would not have purchased the vehicle had we known that.
We have decided to refund the customer half of the repairs that they accrued from New England Tire Car Care Center, but will do nothing with other demanded that they have made for the O2 sensors, we replaced it when the customer return with the vehicle, now if it was defected they would have had to...
come to us for the part has a 30 day warranty through the vendor we had purchased from.
