8/26/ [redacted] Thank you for taking the time to address your concerns pertaining to your loans with State Financial Network (SFN) by way of the Revdex.com.I reviewed your loan payment history for loan # [redacted] , and I do see where a pay-off freeze was in place from June 30th to July 16th.The payment intended for loan # [redacted] was posted to your loan # [redacted] as a principal only payment because the pay-off freeze was still in place on July 7th when the payment was received.The pay-off freeze expired on your account the same day as when late fees are customarily & automatically chargedBecause the pay-off did not take place as originally planned, the late fee was posted on July 16th.On August 11th, I see the late fee was waived, the payment was reversed from mortgage # [redacted] , applied to mortgage # [redacted] , and a pay-off stop code was again establishedThe loan was paid in full on August 13th, and no delinquency was reported to the Credit Bureaus in July or AugustOn August 15th, SFN released a refund check in the amount of $1,via regular mailPlease be sure to contact SFN directly if these funds have not yet been received.SFN is unable to provide a copy of your actual credit reportYour credit report is available to you at no cost, annually, at www.annualcreditreport.com.Sincerely,David PMortgage Servicing Manager State Financial Network LLC
