Pilot is phenomenalI called Chris about our AC tripping the circuit breaker in the mid afternoon and he came out at 8pm that night! Next morning (at 6:30am) I had quote and days later we are up an running with new AC We have had a lot of work done by various companies over the past year and I can say without a doubt that Chris and his team were the most courteous and professional services people I have ever encountered in my 50+ years! Highly recommend them
Mr. [redacted] came out to our home. Gave us an estimate for a small job in our kitchen - replacing the counter top, a couple of cabinets and flooring. We gave money to buy the items needed. He returned one time. A month later we cannot reach him and he does not answer our texts or phone calls. He disappeared with our money and no work done.
NOT ONLY DID THIS COMPANY PUT IN A NEW AIR CONDITIONER INCORRECTLY. NOT LEVEL DRAIN GOING TOWARDS UNDER HOUSE INSTEAD OF YARD.AIR DUCTS NOT UNDER HOUSE . BUT THEY WE GOING TO CHARGE ME TO CORRECT THESE PROBLEMS. OH THEY WERE GOING TO LEVEL IT FOR FREE WOW.I PAID OVER8000.00 IN CASH AND HAVE SPENT MUCH MONEY AT THIS COMPANY NO MORE
