Mr***: First of all our claims area will respond to the claim particulars of this caseOur office did all we could do to help facilitate the process of the claimWe never indicate that we would notWe provided initial warm hand offs to our claims partnersWhat we shared with her is
that our internal claims partners would be the better suited experts to help her with her unfortunate dilemmaSo we do as a matter of regular course, hand off our clients to be trained experts to meet their needsThis is what we tried repeatedly to share with Ms*** We were grateful to serve Ms***, and we were sorry that she chose to leave our agencyI was personally saddened that she felt the need to inform me that she was leaving State Farm With regard to the ending of our call I am not sure what she experienced but I have always felt it was important to listen to my clients.Which I did.While we are sad she left our agency, we are grateful she stayed at State FarmRandy Cirksena Jr., LUTCF Agent Life Calculator Retirement Calculator Car Loan Calculator

I am rejecting this response because: Each time I reached out to Randy's office, I was met with a very rude response that they would not assistThey did not do a single thing to assist in this claim accept send one email, that I have records of, to one of my claims personThis was after Randy told me numerous times it was my fault this process was taking so longUnfortunately, after already being frustrated with the process, not having any help from the agent I pay each month, has been another hurdle to jump overI simply asked each time for them to reach out and help move this claim along in the process, I was told noThey were not willing to do thatRandy's office did not hand me off to trained experts, they had no hand in helping me through this process nor did they try to repeatedly share this information with meThey were and have been unwilling to help since my first call to them on June 27thAfter talking with other local State Farm insurance agencies, this is not the norm and how State Farm does businessEach agency I talked with is more than willing to assist in the claims process especially when there are issues such as mineThey have stated no customer should ever have to endure what we did during this claims process and definitely should not have to do it aloneDuring our last phone call, Randy did definitely not listen to any part of what I was saying, but instead cut me off numerous times while trying to tell him in a very firm tone, that we needed help and needed help fastAfter him telling me he wasn't willing to help, that is when I said we were done with State Farm due to the lack of help we'd receivedHis response was "See ya!" and then hung up the phoneVery, very unprofessionalAs a client, he did not listen to me nor try and help with what we were going throughWe are still seeking that the payments we had to pay while our vehicle was in State Farms possession be reimbursed by themWe have since switched State Farm agents who have been amazing at helping us through the very tail end of this claim
