They have been spam calling me and texting me for the past 2 weeks and won't leave me alone
Our family was fortunate to connect with Mike Sprague after our previous State Farm agent retired. We have always had an excellent relationship with State Farm, so when we were first notified that we had a new agent, we were concerned that we wouldn't receive the same level of service. We had no reason to worry. Mike has taken more time than any agent we have ever worked with. He has made sure that we understand what our insurance really provides, what the expenses are, and how to access insurance benefits should the need ever arise. He worked with our teenager when he first got his drivers license to make sure he was aware of the costs of insurance and how he could impact those costs (including safe driving and good grades.) Both my husband and I feel more secure with the insurance we have and the relationship we have with State Farm than at any other time. We recommend Mike Sprague without reservation.
For more than a year I worked with this branch of State Farms and for more than I year, I had problems with their fees. After a year of a good driving record with them, they increased my fees and said "that's not us, that's State Farm", which made me question whether this is the right company for me. So I decided to look for a new company and I found one in ***. I then explained to them I will be leaving and they understood...or at least I thought they did. Two days later, I received a check from them, not sure why. But then something happen, two days after I received the check, they then decided to charge my account, which left my account in the red and I was charged a overdraft fee of $35. I contacted the company, they apologized and informed me that they would send out a check out for the overdraft fee and the money they withdrew from my account. They sent me one for the overdraft fee, but I was waiting around for the other check. Mike Sprague let me know that the other check would show up 10-12 business days later. So I waited and nothing happen, so I contacted the office and spoke to Victoria. She informed that I already received the check, which I didn't, but she explained that I did, which I didn't. This was a back & forth *** situation. This continued for a long time. I basically gave up. This interaction shows why the Mike Sprague office and The State Farm insurance corporation do not perform proper business standards. I will never work with SF and the Mike Sprague office again.
