State Farm Insurance- Agent Tom Shelton

The contractor who was hired to set and finish Mr. [redacted]'s home has been contacted regarding the remaining work that needs to be completed...yesterday was the first day that there had been an issue with someone not being on the job site...we are making every effort to get his home completed.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am not happy with [redacted]"s response because he didn't tell me the door wasn't returnable at the time I ordered it. He also did not write a receipt while I was there. The first receipt I saw is the one attached to your email. I don't think I will get any satisfaction from [redacted] (Golden Rule Homes) so I'm going to drop the matter. But I want people to know that Golden Rule Homes in [redacted] is NOT a good place to do business.
