Ms*** is correct in some of her representation of the facts. Although there was an issue to her floor, prior to us stripping and waxing and one of my supervisors did in an effort to try to be helpful, replace the tile with one that did not match. However, on June 8th when Mr***
went to meet with Ms***, he offered to split the cost of the new floor with her, given the age of the floor. Ms*** stated that she did not have the authority to make that decision and accept our offer and she would speak with her boss and get back to us. We have not heard from her since that date. Once again, we would like to resolve this issue immediately and make sure our client is comfortable with the resolution
