I made a purchase of a new bike on September 25th 2015, I received the product on October 2, After riding the bike miles (I use a GPS tracker during all my rides) the left crank arm feel off mid-ride; I contacted the company for warranty support figuring that they would be able to help me being that I had competed the purchase within the last days; they sighted that their warranty policy clearly states that in order to qualify for the warranty I was required to have the bike professional assembled while their marketing states: "ASSEMBLY: Ships 90% assembledWe strongly encourage having your bike professionally assembled." See: http://www.statebicycle.com/collections/fixed-gear/products/matte-black-on the FAQ section (not to mention that statement is buried) How can something that is a REQUIREMENT for warranty, be only encouraged? This feels like a loophole from a company who knows their product falls short

After riding the bike 44 miles (I use a GPS tracker during all my rides) the left crank arm feel off mid-ride; I contacted the company for warranty support figuring that they would be able to help me being that I had competed the purchase within the last 30 days; they sighted that their warranty policy clearly states that in order to qualify for the warranty I was required to have the bike professional assembled while their marketing states:
"ASSEMBLY: Ships 90% assembled. We strongly encourage having your bike professionally assembled."
